Preserving voice health and improving voice use habits.

Vocal hygiene is the set of daily habits that keep the voice healthy. Teachers, imams, singers, call centre staff and anyone who uses their voice heavily benefit from learning to protect it.

Signs to watch for

  • Hoarseness at the end of the day or week
  • Throat dryness, burning or fatigue when speaking
  • Frequent throat clearing
  • Reduced vocal range or loudness

Our approach

We teach breath support, resonance, projection without strain, warm-up routines and practical vocal hygiene habits tailored to each profession. Persistent hoarseness is first assessed by an ENT doctor.
